About Us

Follow your own path....the path to Tim's Ranch started in 2015 with a vision of creating a special place for the "riding crew" to train, have fun and relax. With new ownership in 2021 and some improvements underway, the tradition of following your own path continues...

With just under 30 acres on the Ranch, the professionally designed 1.1 mile track is located on the South side of the Sanpitch River just off of Highway 116, about 3 miles outside of Mt Pleasant, Utah.
